“It's amazing how much you can accomplish when it doesn't matter who gets the credit”

The NSITonline webteam is driven by the common goal of making a website which makes every NSITians proud to be associated with. Sustained commitment and perseverance is the reason why the website has exceeded even the most optimist expectations. The current crop of NSITonline members meet once in every two weeks with a definite agenda in mind. Thanks to a regular sharing of individual expertise and creativity, the website is constantly growing and evolving. The members have derived equal benefit from the society, with NSITonline society often quoted as a 'live project' which each of us is fiercely proud to be a part of.

Often a subject of discussion in job interviews like that of Aditya Vishwakarma and Tarun Tandon for Deloitte, where they were asked to elaborate on how they got associated with this venture and how it has helped them grow. They unanimously opined that the project has assisted them tremendously in bridging the gap between bookish knowledge and practical experience. NSITonline truly helped them expand the breadth and depth of their education which was handy in landing them plum offers from Deloitte

However it is more than just a prominent resume header for any webteam member.

Every member feels personally accountable for any and every change introduced in the site. There is a virtual absence of any hierarchy in the team, each and every is equally counted for! Read on as the members share their experiences as a part of the NSITonline family.
